With colonial-era charm, a splendid Moorish-tiled marble lobby, and beautiful fountains, the Hotel Sevilla remains one of the loveliest of Havana's traditional turn-of-the-century hotels. One of the best things about the Sevilla is the Roof Garden restaurant, where live classical music and breathtaking views are the backdrop for really excellent food.
